Sleep did not help me
It did not help me stay asleep through the night which is my issue. I won’t be reordering this for that reason.

Hi Cynthia! We’re sorry to hear it didn’t help! Could we give you a couple of pointers to help?
- Make sure you don’t caffeinate after 2pm!
- Take two sleep sticks if you need extra support, then back down to two if your sleep is improved
- Give it up to two weeks! Resetting patterns can be hard, give yourself enough time to try and create a new habit.
