Has changed my appetite and energy

I started taking this product two months ago and I LOVE it. It immediately helped my "food noise" and snacking, as well as made sweet snacks taste REALLY REALLY sweet. I feel like it's working really well and love how easy it has been to get into my routine.

Appetite reduction is real!

I just finished a bottle of this and am on here to order more. It truly works to knock down my appetite! I'm a 50 year old menopausal woman who has packed on 10 stubborn pounds since being in full blown menopause. I had ramped up my exercise, tried eating very low carb. Tried macro tracking, etc. Nothing was really working but now that I've tried this product, I'm finally not so bloated and I'm fitting into my clothes more like I used to. 🙌 Will keep it up!

Works so well

I allowed myself a month before giving a review and here it is:

1. Overall my appetite is way down

2. I can tend to feel lightheaded after taking so follow with food and water and prefer it with a small amount of food

3. Have noticed less snacking tendencies

4. No weight loss (yet)

I have liked it a lot and have loved it in my routine. Bought a three month supply and am hopeful!
