I’ve already filled out my review but for some reason, it is not pulling up so I apologize if this is me repeating it, but I love this creatine. I’ve been taking creatine since 2019 so I have tried many different kinds. This one blended into my drinks, very well without getting weird and clumpy. It was truly no flavor at all, and it did not make my drinks. Taste weird when adding it unfortunately sometimes unflavored creatine still has a weird aftertaste flavor. This one did not I feel like this is a great creatine, whether it is a beginner or somebody who is used to taking creatine

This supplement provides the recommended dose of creatine, and the formula dissolves pretty well. Although it is labeled unflavored, there is a noticeable taste from the added herbal ingredients, the hibiscus in particular. Those additions are actually the part I’m least sure about, since I would have preferred a simpler creatine only formula. That being said, since it’s delivering the correct dose, you should benefit from using this product. Since I’ve only tried it for a week there are no noticeable changes to report, but science backs this one up.

I really like this creatine! It’s unflavored, so it’s super convenient to add to any drink or protein shake without altering the taste pfy drink at all! And this is Thanks to the micronization, it dissolves super super easily without any annoying clumping. It noticeably boosts my energy and endurance and strength during gym, pilates or my favourite lagree pr HITT workouts, and I also appreciate that the formula is gentle on the stomach, especially for my, which get bloated super easily! I've been taking creatine for about a year now (typically in gummy form), so this is my first time using the powder. I used the powder for a week so I can't give long-term results. The creatine powder contains a serving spoon (which not all do!) that perfectly measured the recommended amount. The powder itself is finely milled, flavorless and dissolved really quickly in my water. I typically mixed the powder with my electrolyte supplement. The ingredient profile and sourcing checks out! My boyfriend is a creatine snob and was impressed by the ingredients and claims! Additionally, I had no weight gain, bloating, or stomach issues with it!

Love that this is tailored to women! The ingredients are amazing for my body, Creatine Monohydrate Micronized, Dandelion Extract, and Hibiscus Flower helps so much with bloating. Creatine tends to bloat women up so quickly so, it is nice to have it tailored to our body. I have been using Rookie Creatine all week and I am a very active person. I am a Lagree instructor and constant gym goer, this fuels me throughout my entire workout and gives me the energy I need. It has been helping me with my recovery process as well, I feel my muscles building and not tiring out so easily! Amazing extra workout push!
