Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?

We currently ship via Ground within the U.S. We are working on expanding our shipping internationally!

How long will it take my order to ship?

Typically our orders will process within 3 business days. Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order and not the time spent in ground transit.

How do I ship my order back to you?

Unfortunately we don't currently offer returns on any of our products. If you have any questions or concerns about any of our products please email us at help@rookiewellness.com.

Are your products safe for kids?

While all of our ingredients are considered safe for kids, they require less daily value! We recommend consulting with your pediatrician or pharmacist in case you have any questions!

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

We recommend consulting with your physician or pharmacist before taking any of our products!

Are your products organic?

We source organic ingredients when possible. All organic ingredients are listed on our product pages.

Are your products only for women?

No! Our products are for everyone. Serving sizes are the same.

Are your products vegan?

Yes! And non-GMO, Gluten Free, and Cruelty Free!

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange or return my purchase?

We don't currently offer returns on any of our products. If you have any questions on a product you received contact us over at help@rookiewellness.com.

My order is damaged, can you help?

Oh no! Some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control and issues like this can happen. Please reach out to help@rookiewellness.com with a photo of the broken/damaged item and your shipping address and we can process a replacement order for you.
