We currently ship via Ground within the U.S. We are working on expanding our shipping internationally!
Typically our orders will process within 3 business days. Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order and not the time spent in ground transit.
Due to COVID-19 our carriers have been experiencing delays in delivery.

Oh no! Some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control and issues like this can happen. Please reach out to help@rookiewellness.com with a photo of the broken/damaged item and your shipping address and we can process a replacement order for you.
