How to Use

Yummy!

These electrolytes are addicting. I love the tangy sweet flavor of watermelon lime. I bought the sampler to try them out and now know I can commit to the big bag!

Such great quality and taste

I was super hesitant to try a new electrolyte mix after so many years of taking the same one (a leading one in the market). I am glad I found Rookie! I love it has more natural ingredients and I can’t talk enough about the taste! The coconut pineapple makes me feel I’m on vacation.

Checks all the boxes

I have tried a lot of BCAAS and this one checks all the boxes. Some leave weird aftertastes, or are overly sweet, chemically tasting or leave a film in your mouth. Not with these. The taste is phenomenal, not too sweet, no weird aftertaste and best of all, they worked great!
