R & R in a Stick, Rookie Wellness Sleep – Relaxation & Sleep, Blackberry Lemon – Flavor. 1st off the Blackberry Lemon flavor is soo refreshing!! I could definitely see this flavor being great in spring in summer with a lil ice. After a long day in the sun.. (I appreciate that there is no gritty or powdery taste/feeling.) After drinking Rookie Wellness Sleep – Relaxation & Sleep, it usually take me anywhere from 30 – 45 minutes to fall asleep. And will get about 7-8 good hours of sleep. That is definitely optimum for recovery from a long day of work &/or a workout. Once I wake up, I do not have any residual of the groggy or fogginess feelings. That I may have had with other similar products. I love the fact that Rookie Wellness Sleep – Relaxation & Sleep is Sugar-free & only 5 calories. Plus 180MG of Magnesium & 50MCG of Vitamin D!!
