Product Details

If you're reading this, you're dehydrated. No, really. 75% of the U.S. population suffers from chronic dehydration, which can manifest as brain fog, fatigue, and muscle soreness, to name a few.

Recovery is mind and body recovery, with the proper amount of minerals and BCAAs for better hydration and brain function. We've used sunflower-fermented BCAAs for an all vegan amino acid blend and added the appropriate amounts of salt, magnesium and potassium for optimal mind and body hydration.

Benefits

*BCAA Leucine activates pathways that support muscle growth.

*Decreases muscle soreness.

*Reduces exercise induced fatigue and helps increase your body's natural energy.

*Added electrolytes help multiply your hydration efforts.

Ingredients

Calcium (as Calcium Ascorbate), Magnesium (as Magnesium Ascorbate), Chloride (as Sodium Chloride), Sodium (as Sodium Chloride), Potassium (from Coconut Water Powder), BCAA 2:1:1 Blend (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), Coconut Water Powder, Citric Acid, Natural Flavor, Monk Fruit Extract, Silica, Reb M, Katemfe Fruit Extract.

How to Take

When needed, tear open a Rookie RECOVERY stick and pour its contents into a bottle of water. Stir or shake until the powder is fully dissolved. The powerful combination of Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) and electrolytes will aid in muscle repair, reduce soreness, and rehydrate your body. Drink the refreshing and delicious beverage to replenish lost fluids and electrolytes, promoting optimal recovery.

Hydration that Hits

Sweat isn’t just how your body cools: it’s also how it loses sodium, magnesium, and other key electrolytes. Naturally replenish those minerals to rehydrate and improve your overall recovery.

No More Sore

Delayed onset muscle soreness, aka DOMS, aka why you can’t walk upstairs two days after a workout. BCAA+ helps rebuild and repair muscles so you bounce back quicker.

Boost Energy & Endurance

Staying properly hydrated and fueled with electrolytes improves energy levels, physical performance, and reduces fatigue before, during, and after your workouts.

Key Minerals for Overall Health

Staying hydrated isn’t just important for workouts: consuming key minerals helps support brain function (aka clear brain fog), daily energy levels, and even sleep.

Love my Hydration Packets

I love these. I can't live without them! I drink them almost everyday! And the customer service at rookie is also the best! I put them in my water bottle with ice and to me they taste great! Helps me want to drink more liquid throughout the day!

Refreshing

These electrolytes hit the spot after a long run. I love how flavorful they are, not diluted in water like other brands. You don't need a full packet, so the bag lasts a while!

Good but not my favorite

I love the hydration line but the Shirley Temple flavor is just OK. I’ll definitely order the other flavors though!

Not bad! But not as good as peach lemonade

I like it ok, but peach lemonade is the ultimate. I'm addicted! This was pretty sweet.

Not a shirley temple

Does not taste like a shirley temple and has a funny aftertaste. I was sad because I love my rookie greens but this was not it.
