- 3 T chia seeds
- 1 scoop Rookie Vanilla Protein
- 3/4 c nut milk
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
- 1/4 t cinnamon + sprinkle on top
- Pinch of salt
- 1 chopped peach
- 1/4 c granola
- Nuts (optional)
- Whisk together chia protein, cinnamon, vanilla, salt and milk in a container.
- Let thicken for at least 30 minutes (or throw it in a food processor or high powered blender!).
