So surprised!!!

I was amazed that this actually helped me wind down in the evening to where I fell asleep before my kids even did. That never happens. I've been drinking this now for about a week and doing so about 30 minutes before I want to fall asleep and it's been amazing. I can almost plan to the minute when I'll fall asleep now.

Sleep comes so much easier

Love this powder. It takes about 30 minutes for it to work on me, but I sleep soundly once it hits. The best part is that I'm not groggy the next day like I am with other sleep aids.

I found the best way to get it to dissolve in water is to use the small power whisk (which is sold on their website).

I've been using this for the last year and love the results.
