Great for Relaxation

I really like this sleep powder! The first thing I noticed is that it smells great when you open the packet. To be honest, it tastes a bit artificial, but it isn't horrible at all. It is actually pretty easy to drink before bed. It definitely helps me wind down during the night and get into a relaxed mood. I usually notice that it works after about 30-45 minutes, which is the perfect amount of time to get ready for sleep. This supplement really kept me asleep throughout the night! This is a huge deal for me because I’m usually up tossing and turning for hours, but I finally feel like I’m getting deep rest. The best thing about this sleep supplement is I didn't experience any grogginess after waking up. That tired feeling in the morning is the reason I usually avoid sleep supplements so I was so happy to wake up feeling totally normal and refreshed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has trouble staying asleep!

Sleepy Mocktail

I love these sleep supplements from Rookie Wellness! The Strawberry Pineapple flavor is divine, a perfect blend of fruity, sweet, but not too sweet. These supplements are so easy to mix into a water bottle and drink bedside. The sleepy mocktail is calming and helps keep anxiety at bay. The ingredients work well for a sleepy mocktail. It has melatonin, magnesium, and valerian root. It gently eases you into sleep, and it does not give me lucid dreams, like other melatonin supplements have in the past

Great for sleep quality

I started taking these because I have a hard time falling asleep at an appropriate time and definitely needed something to help relax me and promote sleep. I liked the taste of these and felt like I got a much deeper sleep than I usually do, and my sleep quality felt so much better. The drink is easy to prepare; the flavor is good and tastes like a regular drink mix, much better with ice though, and you need to use scissors to open the packets. Overall, they're highly effective for sleep, and I'd recommend this.
