  • 1-2 frozen bananas
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 cup oat or nut milk
  • 1 scoop Rookie Chocolate Protein
  • 2 T PB (1/2 in blender, 1/2 for topping)
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1-2 T chopped peanuts for topping



  1. Put everything into the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a large glass and drizzle with remaining PB and chopped peanuts.
