Heath Peanut Butter Power Bites
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup raw honey
2 scoops Rookie Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Powder
Dash vanilla extract
1 t sea salt
1 T chia seeds (optional)
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Small handful of Heath chips for crunch (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all ingredients but don't overmix. Scoop with cookie scoop and lay on parchment paper, cool in fridge for 45 minutes and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
