Our Favorite Recovery drink!

OBSESSED with These!

I'm obsessed with these! I love both flavors! I drink them more then spindrift/sparkling waters. They taste amazing and definitely help me to drink more water! I am also pregnant and my OB says they are approved to drink for during and will be drinking them after birth as well - I've heard electrolytes are super helpful for recovery post birth!

Love the flavor

Only gave it 4 stars because I don’t see a noticeable difference when I take it! But I’m not overly consistent either. I just drink it after a big hike usually if I feel like I need a bit of help with recovery! So yummy though
