It really works! I've had issues with waking up multiple times in the middle of the night and when I take Sleep before bed I don't have that issue. Definitely give it a try if you've been having sleep problems.
I am a physician and have odd sleeping hours depending on my schedule. I generally veer away from sleep aids as they make me feel groggy and lack energy the next day, but this is totally different. I am able to catch up on sleep when I need it, and wake up feeling refreshed and energized. I have started giving them out to all of the nurses on shift when I work. Totally recommend.

I have not slept a full night sleep or even a partially restful sleep for at least 5 years. Lately I may only get 3-4 hours of fitful sleep. I started watching TikTok as a new way to pass the time.
